Keystone HELP- Energy Efficiency Loan and Rebate Program 

Pennsylvania homeowners can improve the energy efficiency of their homes with special financing and rebates when they purchase high efficiency home improvements including windows and doors.  Provided by AFC First Financial Corporation and principally supported by the Department of Environmental Protection, Pennsylvania Treasury Department and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.
 
All work can be financed if at least 75% of the project is comprised of Energy Star rated products and all work must be performed by a Keystone HELP approved contractor.  Additional information about this excellent program can be provided when you receive your in-home estimate.
