Keystone Help- Keystone Home Energy Loan Program is a financing plan for Pennsylvania homeowners that help them to improve the energy efficiency of their homes. Provided by AFC First Financial Corporation and principally supported by the Pennsylvania Treasury Department and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, the Keystone Help program is available to all homeowners regardless of their income level.  

All work can be financed if at least 65% of the project is comprised of Energy Star rated products and all work must be performed by a Keystone Help approved contractor.  Additional information about this excellent program can be provided when you receive your in-home estimate.
